If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.     • Online Payment Orders: Orders paid online are prioritized and dispatched faster, as they do not require additional verification.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your shipment status using the provided tracking link.

Damages

Namaste Silver is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Namaste Silver offers international shipping to select countries, with a primary focus on the USA and Europe. We also accept orders from other countries; however, shipping availability, charges, and delivery timelines may vary.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

  • Namaste Silver is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Orders from Countries Outside India, USA, or Europe

  • If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

Returns Policy for Shipping-Related Issues

Eligibility for Returns

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. If your return is approved, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the product from your address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. A shipping label will be generated by the courier company.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
