Refund policy

At Namaste Silver, we strive to deliver the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a refund of your purchase.

5-Day Return Policy

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at namastesilver@gmail.com to request a return. Include a detailed reason for the return and attach pictures or a video of the product to support your claim.

  2. If your return is approved, we will assign a courier to pick up the product from the address where it was initially delivered.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and keep it ready for pickup.

Note: There are no additional fees for return shipping. However, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.

Refund Process

  1. Upon receipt of your return, the product will be inspected.

  2. If approved, a refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

  3. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address you used when placing the original order.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are issued as soon as your return is approved. However, it may take time for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank. Processing times can vary, and some companies may take up to 30 days to post the refund.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at namastesilver@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at namastesilver@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9414062691 or +91-7976996218. To expedite the resolution process, you must provide an unboxing video as proof of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., jewelry with names, dates, images, or other customizations).

Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at no additional cost if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped.

Invalid Reasons for Returns

  • Buyer No Longer Wants the Items: Customers should ensure they want to purchase the items before submitting an order. Once an order is placed, it constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase the items.

  • Buyer Found Items Cheaper Elsewhere: Customers should be confident in the price before placing an order. Price differences after purchase are not valid reasons for returns.
